A home is not a set of finishes. It is the sequence of a morning, the way light lands on a wall at four in the afternoon, the quiet of a corridor that asks nothing of you.
We begin every Bengaluru project by studying how you actually live — where you gather, where you retreat, what you own and what you have outgrown. Only then do we draw. The result is restrained rather than decorated: fewer materials, better ones, held together by proportion. It is why our interiors read as calmly in year ten as they did on handover day.

The interiors studio is new. The firm behind it is not. Neelachandra Construction and Interiors has been building across Bengaluru since 2018, and every interior we design is detailed by people who already know how the building behind the finish actually goes together.

Consultation
We visit your site, measure it ourselves and spend two hours understanding how your household actually runs. You leave with an honest budget band, a realistic timeline and a written scope — before any money changes hands.

Design
Layouts, elevations, 3D walkthroughs and a physical material board you can hold. Two rounds of revision are built in. Nothing goes to the factory until you have signed the drawing and the line-item BOQ.

Execution
Joinery is manufactured in our workshop while civil, ceiling and services work runs on site. One project manager, weekly photo reports, a live schedule you can open on your phone, and a site you are welcome to walk any day.

Handover
Deep clean, styling, a joint snag walk and a bound handover file: warranties, appliance manuals, paint codes, fabric references and service contacts. We return at 30, 90 and 365 days to check the house has settled well.

How much do premium interiors cost in Bengaluru?
Our engagements typically begin at ₹22–28 lakh for a 3BHK apartment, ₹35–60 lakh for a 4BHK, and ₹85 lakh upwards for full villa interiors. The figure is driven by joinery volume, stone and veneer selection, lighting specification and the extent of civil work. You receive a line-item BOQ before signing, and the rate is locked for the duration of the contract.
How long does a project take from design to handover?
A premium 3BHK apartment usually runs 12 to 16 weeks from design sign-off to handover. A full villa runs 20 to 30 weeks. Design development itself takes three to five weeks, including layouts, 3D walkthroughs, material boards and the final BOQ.
Do you handle both design and execution, or only design?
Both. We are a turnkey studio: space planning, detailed design, modular manufacture, civil and false-ceiling work, electrical and plumbing coordination, painting, furnishing and final styling are delivered under a single contract with one project manager as your point of contact.
What warranty do you offer on interiors?
All in-house modular joinery carries a 10-year structural warranty and a 1-year comprehensive service warranty. Hardware, appliances and imported fittings carry their respective manufacturer warranties, which we register on your behalf at handover.
