What we do

Six disciplines,
one studio

Design, manufacture and site delivery sit under the same roof, so nothing is lost in translation between the drawing and the wall.

Our interior design disciplines in detail

01

Residential Interiors

Typical engagement: ₹22–28 lakh for a 3BHK · 12–16 weeks

Full-home interiors for apartments and independent houses in Bengaluru — living, dining, bedrooms, studies and pooja spaces resolved as one continuous idea rather than six separate rooms.

Most homes we inherit have been decorated room by room, each by a different hand, and it shows the moment you walk from one into the next. We work the other way around: one palette, one ceiling logic, one hardware family, one lighting temperature, carried through the whole plan. The result is a house that feels considered rather than assembled.

  • Living, dining, bedrooms, study, pooja and utility as a single scheme
  • Loose furniture, soft furnishing and art advisory included
  • Four-tier lighting design on separate circuits
  • Vaastu-aware planning where the family observes it

02

Villa & Apartment Design

Typical engagement: ₹85 lakh upwards · 20–30 weeks

Large-format work for gated villa communities and premium high-rises. Double-height volumes, staircases, terraces and courtyards treated as rooms in their own right.

A villa is not a large apartment. It has vertical circulation, a relationship with the ground, and volumes that punish a careless ceiling. Our villa work begins with section drawings rather than plans — where the eye travels between floors, how a double-height room is lit after dark, and how a staircase can be a piece of joinery instead of a means of escape.

  • Double-height volumes, staircases and mezzanines
  • Terraces, courtyards and landscape thresholds
  • Photometric lighting layouts on every villa project
  • Structural modification coordinated with our parent construction firm

03

Turnkey Execution

Delivered under a single contract with one project manager

One contract, one project manager, one accountable date. Civil work, false ceilings, electrical, plumbing, painting and furnishing delivered by teams on our own payroll.

Turnkey is the reason the studio exists. When the designer and the builder are different firms, every defect becomes a negotiation and every delay becomes somebody else's fault. We hold both ends, so there is exactly one person to call and exactly one signature on the completion certificate.

  • Line-item BOQ before signing; rates locked for the contract term
  • Written approval required before any variation
  • Weekly photo reports and a live schedule you can open on your phone
  • Five quality gates: layout, carcass, installation, finish, snag
  • Revisits at 30, 90 and 365 days after handover

04

Modular Solutions

Standalone scope, or part of a full-home fit-out

Kitchens, wardrobes and storage made to measure rather than bought off a shelf, with BWP-grade cores, soft-close European hardware and a 10-year structural warranty.

We do not resell a modular brand. Every carcass is drawn as a shop drawing before it is cut, so the finished run fits a Bengaluru apartment's genuinely out-of-square walls instead of being packed out with filler strips. Because the drawings and the material specification stay in your project file, a replacement shutter years from now can still be matched.

  • Drawn as shop drawings before anything is cut
  • BWP-grade ply cores; no MDF in wet zones
  • Soft-close European hinges and channels as standard
  • 10-year structural warranty on residential work

05

Space Planning

Included in every full-home engagement

Circulation, daylight and sightlines planned before a single finish is chosen, so that floor area lost to oversized passages and awkward corners comes back into use.

Builders plan for saleable area, not for living. A wall in the wrong place costs you a dining room; a door swinging the wrong way costs you a wardrobe. We remeasure the shell ourselves and test three or four plan options against how your household actually moves through a day before committing to one.

  • Independent remeasure of the shell — never the builder's drawing alone
  • Three to four tested plan options with circulation diagrams
  • Daylight and cross-ventilation mapped before finishes
  • Wet-area and services feasibility checked with our civil team

06

Material Curation

Physical material boards, signed off with you

Stone, veneer, textile, metal and light, selected in person and signed off on a physical board — never from a catalogue render. Sourced from Rajasthan, Italy, Karnataka and our own Bengaluru artisans.

A render will happily show you a marble that does not exist in the size you need. We hold direct accounts with stone yards in Rajasthan and Karnataka and veneer importers in Italy, and we select slabs and leaves in person. You approve a physical board you can carry to the window, not an image on a screen.

  • Slab and veneer selection in person at the yard
  • Physical material board signed off before procurement
  • Discipline of three primary materials, one accent
  • Documented paint codes and fabric references at handover

Every engagement

What is always
included

Whichever discipline you appoint us for, these do not appear as line items to be negotiated away. They are how the studio works.

  • A free first consultation at your site, anywhere in Bengaluru.
  • An independent remeasure — we never work from the builder's drawing alone.
  • A line-item BOQ before you sign, with rates locked for the contract term.
  • A named principal designer and project manager from day one.
  • Written approval required before any variation reaches your invoice.
  • Weekly photo reports and a schedule you can check on your phone.
  • A bound handover file: warranties, paint codes, fabric references, manuals.
  • Scheduled revisits at 30, 90 and 365 days.

Scope questions

Common
questions

Can I appoint you for design only, without execution?

Yes. We offer a design-only engagement covering layouts, elevations, 3D walkthroughs, a material board and a line-item BOQ you can tender to your own contractor. Most clients ultimately ask us to execute as well, because the same team then carries responsibility for the result — but it is not a condition.

Do you take on modular kitchens or wardrobes as a standalone job?

We do, where the scope justifies a dedicated design and manufacturing slot. Below that we would rather refer you elsewhere than give you a rushed job. Tell us the rooms and the rough budget you have in mind and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth our slot and your money.

Will you work with an architect or contractor I have already appointed?

Yes, and we do it regularly. We will coordinate drawings, services and site sequencing with your existing team. We ask only that responsibilities are written down at the outset so nobody is guessing who owns a defect.

Do you handle renovation of an occupied home?

Yes. Phased renovation of an occupied home is one of the harder things we do and we plan it explicitly — dust barriers, zone-by-zone sequencing, working hours agreed with your association, and a realistic view of which weeks will be genuinely uncomfortable.

Not sure which
you need?

Most clients are not, and that is fine. Describe the house and the problem; we will tell you the scope that actually fits — including when it is smaller than you expected.
